Returns
Merchandise returned for credit must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, all freight prepaid. Please contact Customer Service for the RMA within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise. Once you receive the RMA, you must re-pack the merchandise in it's original factory sealed packaging and schedule a pickup with the authorized carrier.
All merchandise returned for credit are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. There is no refund for merchandise returned in an unsalable condition. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you can return the item.
All merchandise returned due to wrong item shipped - You will have the option of having the correct item shipped at no additional charge or a full refund. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you can return the item.
Merchandise returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Merchandise returned under Warranty for Credit must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number issued within the warranty period. Merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, in its original factory packaging. Merchandise that has been modified, or is missing parts, or that is not in its original factory packaging will be repaired and returned freight prepaid (if the warranty claim is approved).
If merchandise cannot be repaired, credit will be issued at the invoiced value, less the value of any missing parts or modification done by the customer.
Product Dimensions - Product images are shown as large as possible so as to reveal the detail in the product. Please read the product dimensions carfully as some items may appear smaller than actual size and some may appear larger than actual size.
Product Descriptions - Product descriptions are from the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Please read carefully and if you have any questions, contact our Customer Service and we'll be happy to assist you with your purchase.
Product Color - Product color may vary due to your monitor resolution. If a product description color does not match what you are viewing, you may want to adjust the angle of your monitor or the resolution. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service for assistance with your purchase.
